While retaining much of its original charm, this home has been updated with central air and heat and has all the modern touches required to live comfortably.
It is located just one block from the beach, on the best block in Ocean City. The house includes a full kitchen, dining room and living area, backyard with grill and tables, and front porch with rocking chairs. A cool breeze and a cocktail await you in the best part of the house, the front porch. This is the perfect spot for people watching.
Get ready to hit the outside shower in the fully fenced backyard when you get home from the beach. You won’t have to struggle with parallel parking, there are 4 parking spots in the back!
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There are 2 queen beds and 6 twins. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a half bath. There are 5 twin beds in the larger room that includes the half bath and 2 in the smaller room. Enjoy this trip back in time where summers were simpler and the beach was more than a place, it was a feeling. You won’t forget your time spent at the Whale House!
